This Christmas Lunch is our way of saying thank you for all that you do throughout the year - your care, compassion and contribution truly make a difference.

Address:    The Hubert Estate Restaurant & Winery, 1–3 St Huberts Road, Coldstream

Offer:          Our special event includes a 3-course meal and non-alcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages can also be ordered at your expense)

Cost:           This event is FREE for eligible carers, care recipients, volunteers and ILU residents

As this event is fully Government funded, you are required to complete the Carers Day Application & Consent form below, which takes about 2 minutes to complete.

Please note:

• You don’t need to be officially registered as a carer or receiving a Carers Allowance to attend, but you will need to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the application form
• Due to walking and venue steps, we unfortunately can’t accommodate 4-wheel walkers or similar mobility aids
