Dementia Care Bayswater

Dementia care that supports choice and
connection

Living with dementia can affect memory, thinking, behaviour and day-to-day activities. At TTHA, we provide a safe, gentle and supportive environment where each person is treated with dignity, respect and understanding.

Our dementia care programs focus on improving quality of life through meaningful engagement. We use Montessori-inspired approaches, sensory activities and personalised routines that help residents stay connected to their strengths, interests and sense of self.

Montessori in aged care encourages independence, confidence and choice. It honours each person’s history, relationships and abilities, creating moments of purpose and enjoyment throughout the day. Our team tailors activities and environments to suit individual needs so residents can take part in familiar tasks, express preferences and experience success.

With calm spaces, kind staff and thoughtful daily support, we help each resident live as fully and comfortably as possible.

Palliative care that focuses on comfort,
and dignity

Palliative care helps people live as fully and comfortably as possible when facing a life-limiting illness. At TTHA, we provide gentle, compassionate support that respects each person’s needs, wishes and comfort.

Most residents can receive palliative care from our own team here, but when specialist support is needed, we have strong partnerships with external palliative care services to ensure seamless, high-quality care.  We also have an onsite pharmacy partner so medicines and symptom-management support are available if needed.

Registered Nurses are onsite 24/7, offering skilled, respectful care and understanding during this important time. Plus, you can visit your loved one anytime, helping create a calm, connected and supported environment.
